Seven years ago, I founded my company while still at university. It began with my passion for debating and the pitfalls of communication. Step by step came my first communication seminars, coaching sessions and consultancy projects. Looking back today, I can say that as a founder, you learn an incredible amount. You master so many things for the first time: your first training, first invoice, first tax return… And, of course, your first negotiations, first repeat assignment and first major client. Change and new knowledge go hand in hand. My work in India with women with mental health conditions, experiences in the Israeli desert and press work with the Deutsches Filminstitut in Frankfurt, major events in Chennai and Berlin, and many other large and small projects and challenges: every step supports my work and makes these past seven years something very special. Who knows what the future holds? One thing is certain: after seven years of hard work and a month’s sabbatical in Israel, a new step is approaching. Lilit is growing. From 1 July, the team will expand. The possibilities are growing — for me and for my clients.
