Lilit coaching focuses on your concerns. Whether in individual or group coaching, the aim is to help you gain insights into your own situation and set in motion an individual development process with you. I offer to work with you on a strategic reorientation, answer your questions and refine your skills in a tailored way. In the spirit of coaching as “midwifery”, I stand by you with advice and practical support to drive your own development forward.
