Our seminars for universities and higher education institutions unlock the communication potential of your students, doctoral candidates and current or prospective postdocs. In short, Lilit’s training and seminar programme is tailored precisely to the needs of academia.

Communication is central to success for all of them, whether working with students, staff, co-authors or professors. The best ideas prevail—but only if they are heard. With us, participants learn to overcome the many barriers to communicating their ideas and scientific findings. Whether presenting and pitching persuasively to secure external funding or introduce a business plan, actively networking at conferences and meetings, or changing perspectives in discussions of gender—with us, your people find the right words.

Experience working with graduate programmes and early-career researchers

For many years, I have worked with universities, graduate schools and research institutions throughout Germany. Past partners include the GRK2606-ProtPath research training group at the University of Freiburg’s Institute of Molecular Medicine and Cell Research, and the equal opportunities offices of Mainz University, the University of Bonn and Goethe University Frankfurt. Also with medical mentoring at University Medical Center Mainz (MeMentUM, formerly the Edith Heischkel Mentoring Programme—EHMP), researchers and students at Heidelberg University’s Institute of Political Science, doctoral candidates at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences, as well as the Equal Opportunities Office at the University of Augsburg and many others.

I know the typical formats and settings in which early-career researchers work—from structured graduate programmes and equality initiatives to cross-faculty workshop series—and design my training to fit meaningfully into existing programmes.

Formats range from compact workshops to multi-day training series, supporting participants precisely where communication determines visibility, influence and their next career steps.

Not every communication challenge in academia needs the same format. Sometimes a workshop for doctoral candidates or postdocs is helpful, sometimes coaching before an important appearance, sometimes a training series integrated into an existing programme:
