The 3-week programme: My first step towards starting a business. The entrepreneurship workshop for universities and higher education institutions. Lilit’s 3-week programme gently guides participants through the workshop “My first step towards starting a business”. Together, we set out to turn the initial vision of a business of their own step by step into reality. Aspiring founders develop their idea over 6 sessions, always focusing on practical implementation. The goal over these 3 weeks is to get started and truly take action. That is why every session has a content objective, which we approach through input, exercises and discussion: https://www.lilit-kommunikation.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Gruendungsworkshop-Universitaeten-300×200.jpg Objectives of the workshop sessions: 1. Participants work on their vision, goal and business idea. 2. They learn the structure of a business plan. 3. They prepare their idea’s pitch to investors. 4. They establish initial business processes and assess scalability. 5. They develop initial customer acquisition and sales strategies. 6. They create a realistic 6-month plan for the period afterwards. This space for reflection and taking stock is also important: emerging doubts, fears and course corrections are part of the increasingly concrete process of starting a business. Our 3-week sprint thus concludes with tangible results and greater personal clarity about participants‘ own goals and wishes for their business. https://www.lilit-kommunikation.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Gruendungsworkshop-Hochschulen-300×200.jpg Workshop arrangements and target group
