The Lilit team works with a range of highly qualified external experts. Our trainer network is based on long-standing partnerships and established trust. Our contacts in the German and international debating community, AIESEC and intercultural experts worldwide guarantee an outstanding network. We select our partners against strict criteria. In other words, Lilit values expertise, integrity and exacting quality standards. We are therefore proud to work with the following experts:

Sarah Andiel, expert in business etiquette and customer service

Sarah T. P. Andiel has worked as a trainer and consultant since 2005, focusing on customer service, business etiquette and potential development. At the University of Tübingen she studied rhetoric, business administration and education, specialising in adult learning. She is a BDVT-certified trainer. Her passion for debating connects her with Lilit and our trainer network. Sarah Andiel and Marietta Gädeke serve as master debating trainers in the Train-the-Trainer project of the Association of Debating Societies at Universities. Together with Thore Wojke, they published the article “Today I’m in Favour!” on debating as a way to engage with a company’s values. It appeared in 2014 in the collected volume “Continuing Education Aligned with Life Stages” published by GABAL Verlag. Sarah Andiel

Claudius Gädeke, expert in online marketing and social media

After studying to teach Italian and English, Claudius Gädeke chose to move into practical communication. From 2016 to 2018 he was part of the Lilit team and played a major role in advancing our social media activities. A creative thinker, he subsequently founded his own start-up. Today he implements modern social media strategies for clients and optimises online marketing and SEO. As an articulate LGBTQ* activist, he also delivers diversity seminars for associations and companies. His training experience in rhetoric, social skills and intercultural competence with a focus on England and Italy perfectly complements Lilit’s services. Claudius Gädeke

Petra Desort, expert in France, intercultural youth work and creative entrepreneurship

Petra Desort is an intercultural trainer and systemic intercultural coach with particular expertise in France, intercultural work with young people aged 10 to 25 and business start-ups. She studied intercultural communication and French cultural studies at Saarland University and became self-employed early on. In relocation consulting, language and cultural support, artist support, language training, intercultural training and coaching, she has always passionately pursued the same goal: Helping people find their bearings and settle into a new culture! Petra Desort and Marietta Gädeke also work together as a trainer team with great familiarity and enthusiasm, enabling participants to experience intercultural awareness and skills development through their pooled experience and combined training strengths.
